Sweet orange peel, dried for preservation and for easy use. Add towards end of the boil to increase sweet citrus flavours. The concentrated sweet orange flavour supports late edition hop aroma and flavours.
Great in any type of wheat beer such as Witbier, American Wheat Styles, Belgian Ales, German Hefeweizens or for giving some extra flavour and aroma to IPAs or Saisons. Added with coriander for an exceptional spice pairing.
Can also be used for Kombucha, meads, cider or tea. No sugar added. 100% Orange peel.
