Spelt Malt conveys a strong emphasis on typical spelt aromas, along with delivering soft malt notes along with hints of hazelnut aromas, and biscuit flavours.
A historical grain strongly related to wheat but with a much hardier kernel. Rarely used in brewing today, but making a comeback as the flavours and aroma are hard to match.
