Small pieces of crushed, roasted cacao beans. These nibs impart subtle dark chocolate notes. Can be added to the mash, boil or fermentation step making beer depending on desired outcome. Great for all styles where dark chocolate is desired to act as the main flavouring or to compliment malt or other spice additions.
Recommended Usage:
Light but noticeable flavour use 18-36 grams / 23L of beer.
Intense flavour use 55-73g / 23L of beer.
