A natural fining agent derived from seaweed. Add 1 to 1.5 teaspoons per 6 gallons (23 liters) of wort to the last 15 minutes of the boil to improve cold break. 

We repackage our Irish Moss in small resealable pouches for a convenient size for our customers. Each 25g pouch is enough to add the recommended addition size to five batches of a 6 gallon (23 liters) wort.
