Dried Meyer Lemon Slices.
Great addition towards the end of a boil to add zesty citrus and big flavour or aromatics to beer. A bit of lemon can pair beautifully with Saaz or peppery, earth, spicy hops in Saisons, Witbier, German or American wheat styles. Can also be added in citrusy IPAs, pale ales, and special ingredient ales.
Can be used for beer, Kombucha, meads, cider, liquoers or tea. No sugar added. Drying concentrates oils and flavours. Great for cooking chicken, lamb, fish and veggies. A great garnish for high end cocktails or mixed drinks.
